Precautions for use
Sand filter :
• Filtration stopped, close all the valves in the pipes (skimmer, main drain, sewer, backflow, etc.) and open the lid of the tank.
• Spread a 10% solution (100 g / 1 L of water) of Decalcit Filtre on the sand.
• Leave to act for at least 12 hours, filtration stopped and filter open (to allow degassing).
• Close the filter, open all the valves then do a backwash, and rinse the filter.
Cartridge filter (or diatom):
• Immerse the cartridge (or the candles of the diatomaceous earth filter) overnight in a 10% solution of Decalcit Filtre (1 kg / 10 L of water) then rinse thoroughly.
