Precautions for use
Oxidation of organic matter and prevention of the development of algae and fungi [BAQUACIL treatment]
- On commissioning:
Make sure the filtration is on.
Adjust the pH between 7.0 and 7.6.
Distribute GREEN TO BLUE® as close as possible to the water, opposite the backflows if there are any.
Provide 1 liter of product for 10 m³ of water.
24 hours later, pour in BAQUACIL PHMB 2 IN 1 (see technical sheet/label BAQUACIL PHMB 2 IN 1).
- Maintenance treatment - Every week:
Make sure the filtration is on.
Adjust the pH between 7.0 and 7.6.
If necessary (after analysis), pour BAQUACIL PHMB 2 IN 1 (see technical sheet/label BAQUACIL PHMB 2 IN 1).
Distribute GREEN TO BLUE® as close as possible to the water, opposite the backflows if there are any.
Provide 1/4 liter of product for 10 m³ of water.
In the event of prolonged absence, over-dose GREEN TO BLUE® accordingly (eg: 1 liter for 10 m³ for one month).
- In case of green water (curative mode):
If possible, before treatment, thoroughly brush the places where the algae are located.
Make sure the filtration is on.
Adjust the pH between 7.0 and 7.6.
Distribute GREEN TO BLUE® as close as possible to the water, opposite the backflows if there are any.
Provide 1 liter of product for 10 m³ of water.
If the invasion of algae is very important, carry out at the same time a shock treatment with BAQUACIL ANTI-ALGAE ULTRA-CONCENTRE (see technical sheet/label BAQUACIL ANTI-ALGAE ULTRA-CONCENTRE).
Once the algae have been eliminated and the water has cleared up (allow 24 hours), resume the usual treatment.
As part of the BAQUACIL "chlorine-free" treatment of swimming pool water, adjust the alkalinity (TAC) to a value between 80 and 140 mg/l.
The persistence of GREEN TO BLUE® varies according to the characteristics of the water treated. Thus, a pH maintained as close as possible to 7.0 makes it possible to ensure the
persistence of oxygen released by the product.
The regular use of flocculant during a shock treatment with GREEN TO BLUE® is recommended.
The presence of GREEN TO BLUE® in the pool makes it impossible to analyze the chlorine or bromine content with DPD 1 or DPD 4 tablets.

The presence of metal ions accelerates the decomposition of this product (especially copper).
